At COMMUNITY EMBRACE HOME CARE, LLC our priority is to give individualized quality care to clients and their families. We strive to give the best possible care to individuals in need by improving the dignity and quality of life to our clients. Our goal is to help clients live a meaningful life, and to share part of their everyday life with people who give them love, support, help, and confidence.

Services
Personal care services
Our specialized team cares for clients of all different age groups and illnesses with care and compassion. Their duties include: grooming, cooking, medical reminders, light housekeeping, while other clients may need hands-on skilled care. Each client's needs are individualized and duties would reflect as such.
Respite Care
We lighten the burden for caregivers by stepping in and giving a helping hand. By providing respite care it allows families some normalcy and avoids burnout that allows for better client care.
Companion Sitter
A member of our team that provides non- medical care services that provides companionship to people in need. Services rendered do not involve hands-on
care, such as: protection, assist with ADL's, light housekeeping, etc...
